This CSS Exam (Current Affairs) subject’s
examination will be based on a 100 marks paper that will assess the candidate’s
knowledge and concepts about history, politics and International Affairs, as
deemed necessary to interpret current affairs.

Political: The curriculum for Current
Affairs This section discusses Pakistan’s political history, the country’s
democratic process, a comparison of democratic and military regimes, the
country’s constitutional crisis, key elements of the constitutions of 1956, 1962,
and 1973, as well as later constitutional amendments. S can be broken down into
the following sections.

Social: This section focuses on issues like
social stratification, women’s empowerment, poverty, unemployment and its
effects on society, terrorism and extremism in Pakistan, and how to combat them.

Economic: This section discusses Pakistan’s
economic history, the state of the economy today, and the performance of key
economic sectors. agriculture, manufacturing, services, trade deficit, and the
