آجکل امبانی خاندان کا بہت چرچا ہے لیکن ساتھ یہ بھی نوحہ گایا جا رہا ہے کہ پاکستان کے پاس امبانی ، برلا ، ٹاٹا جیسی کمپنیاں کیوں نہیں ہیں۔ 1970 تک پاکستان میں تیس چالیس امبانی، ٹاٹا برلا سے بڑے جينيئس صنعتکار بینکار بزنس مین تھے ۔ جنہوں نے ملک کی معیشت کو سنبھالا ہوا تھا۔ ملک کوریا، جاپان سے بہت آگے تھا، مڈل ایسٹ کے ممالک کسی گنتی میں نہیں تھے۔ لیکن پھر ان صنعتکاروں اور بینکاروں کو بائیس خاندانوں کا نام دے کر ٹارگٹ کیا گیا۔ ان میں سہگل گروپ نے کپڑے کی صنعت کو عروج دیا، داوود گروپ ہیوی وہیکل اور زرعی مشنری کے بادشاہ تھے ۔ داوود برکولیس کے پاس ٹریکٹر کی پروڈکٹ تھیں، ہارون خاندان چھوٹی مصنوعات ، اصفهانی خاندان سلہٹ کے چائے کے باغات کے مالک تھے۔
اصفھانی خاندان نے ہی ملک کی پہلی ائیرلائن قائم کی جو اس وقت کی سب ائیر لائینوں سے بہتر تھی۔ حبیب گروپ بینکنگ کے کنگ تھے۔ 60 کی دہائی ان کا حبیب پلازہ ایشیاء کی بلند ترین عمارت تھی۔ IBM کا بینکنگ سسٹم اسی بلڈنگ کی نویں منزل پر نصب ہوا جو کہ ایشیا میں پہلا آئی بی ایم بی کنگ سسٹم تھا۔ نشاط گروپ فینسی کپڑے کی صنعت اور مختلف مصنوعات کے بانی تھے، لاہور میں بیکو انڈسٹری یعنی بٹالہ انجینئرنگ سائیکل اور موٹر سائیکل اسمبل کرتے تھے۔ ان کی بیکو، ہرکولیس، سهراب، رستم سائیکل پورے ملک میں مشہور تھیں۔
لارنس پور وولن ملز کی سوئنگ دنیا میں نمبر ون تھی۔ جو کہ پوری صنعتی ریاست تھی ۔ جنکے مالک مشینری بنگلہ دیش لے گئے۔ بھٹو صاحب نے ان 22 خاندانوں کے خلاف تحریک چلائی کہ ملک کی ساری دولت ان کے پاس ہے جو میں ان کے پیٹ سے نکالوں گا اور پھر کی تھا، ہم عوام ان کے خون کے پیاسے ہو گئے۔ ہم نے ان محسن خاندانوں کے خلاف خونی تحریک چلائی، بھٹو صاحب خود بھی فیوڈل تھے اور فیوڈلز یعنی بڑے زمین داروں نے پاور میں آکر سب صنعت کاروں کی املاک بلا معاوضہ قومی ملکیت میں لے لیں۔ جسکو نیشنلائیزیشن کے نام سے یاد کیا جاتا ہے۔
لاہور کی بیکو اب پیکو بن کر تباہ ہوئی۔ سب جینئس خاندان تباہ و برباد ہوئے ۔ بیکو کے میاں لطیف جرمنی چلے گئے اور کسمپرسی کی حالت میں فوت ہوئے۔ اصفهانی کنگال ہو گئے۔ ان کے سلہٹ کے چائے کے باغات بنگلہ دیش لے گیا۔ ائیرلائن پی آئی اے بن کر تباہ ہوئی، حبیب گروپ سے حبیب بینک چھین لیا گیا۔ سہگل گروپ نے کوہ نور جیسی بزنس ایمپائر پلاٹ بنا کر نیلام کر دی۔ اس سے قبل کوہ نور پوٹھوہار کی ماں کہلاتی تھی،اسے تباہ و برباد کردیا گیا۔ مشرقی پاکستان میں جنرل ایوب خان کے دور میں میمن، سنگھ اور نرائن گنج بہت بڑے انڈسٹریل زون بنگال میں بنائے گئے تھے جو بنگلہ دیش کے کام آئے۔
کراچی سائیٹ انڈسٹریل ایسٹیٹ جہاں گندھارا والے بینو ٹرک بناتے، شاہنواز لمیٹڈ شیورلیٹ اور مرسیڈیز اسمبلی کرتے تھے، سب کچھ قومیا (نیشنلائیز) کر کے تباہ کر دیا گیا۔ ان خاندانوں میں سے اصفہانی کی بیٹی حسین حقانی کی اہلیہ امریکہ چلی گئی۔
اصل میں تو غلامی اور غربت بھٹو کے فیصلے کی دی ہوئی ہے۔ ( جس کے پیچھے وہی کمپنی کے نمائندے تھے) عوام کو بے روزگار کر کے یہ فیوڈلز، وڈیرے، چوہدری، مخدوم ، لغاری، جتوئی اور ٹوانے سب بڑے زمیندار اسمبلیوں میں پہنچ گئے اور ایلیکٹیبلز بن گئے اور صنعتکاروں کو تباہ کرکے لوگوں کو ان وڈیروں کا اور ملک کو آئی ایم ایف کا غلام بنا دیا گیا۔
Nowadays, there is a lot of talk about the Ambani family, but there is also a lamentation that why Pakistan does not have companies like Ambani, Birla, Tata. Among them, Sehgal Group gave rise to the textile industry, Dawood Group was the king of heavy vehicles and agricultural missionary. Dawood Berkolis owned tractor products, Haroon family owned small products, Isfahani family owned tea plantations in Sylhet.The Isfahani family established the country's first airline, which was better than all the airlines at that time. Habib Group was the king of banking. In the 60s, his Habib Plaza was the tallest building in Asia. IBM's banking system was installed on the ninth floor of the same building, which was the first IBM King system in Asia. Nishat Group was the founder of the fancy cloth industry and various products, Beko Industry in Lahore i.e. Batala Engineering assembled bicycles and motorcycles. His Beko, Hercules, Sohrab, Rustom cycles were famous all over the country.
Lawrencepore Woolen Mills swing was number one in the world. Which was the entire industrial state. Whose owner took the machinery to Bangladesh. Bhutto started a movement against these 22 families saying that they have all the wealth of the country which I will take out of their stomachs and then we the people became thirsty for their blood. We launched a bloody movement against these Mohsin families, Bhutto himself was a feudal lord and the feudal lords, the big landowners, came to power and took the property of all the industrialists into the national ownership free of charge. Which is remembered as nationalization.
Lahore's Biko now became Piko and was destroyed. All Genius families were destroyed. Beko's husband Latif went to Germany and died in poverty. Isfahani became poor. His Sylhet tea plantations were taken to Bangladesh. The airline became PIA and collapsed, Habib Bank was taken away from Habib Group. Sehgal Group auctioned business empire plots like Koh Noor. Earlier, Koh Noor was called the mother of Pothohar, it was destroyed. In East Pakistan during the reign of General Ayub Khan Memon, Singh and Narayanganj huge industrial zones were created in Bengal which benefited Bangladesh.
Karachi Site Industrial Estate, where Gandhara used to make Beno trucks, Shahnawaz Limited used to assemble Chevrolet and Mercedes, everything was nationalized and destroyed. Of these families, Isfahani's daughter Hussain Haqqani's wife went to America. Actually, slavery and poverty are given by Bhutto's decision. (Behind which were the representatives of the company) By making the people unemployed, these feudals, Vaderes, Chaudhuri, Makhdoom, Leghari, Jatoi and Towane all reached the big zamindar assemblies and became electables and by destroying the industrialists, they made the people into these Vaders. And the country was made a slave of the IMF.
